This is to inform you that the Commission in its 45th meeting held on September 08 and
09, 2020 has granted approval for initiation of promotion process for the eligible
employees as on June 30, 2020. Besides, we feel pleasure in informing that with the
abundant help of IS&T, the current year’s promotion process will be online and
employees will no longer be filling out and processing their Self-Assessment Forms
manually. An online platform has been established for all eligible employees to fill out
and submit the forms electronically. A tutorial video is also attached that will get you on
board and assist in submitting the form at URL http://srebsps.secp.gov.pk:8069/ and it is
also available on intranet. Login details are hereunder:

User ID: email address of respective employee

Password: Secp@123 (please reset your password immediately as soon you logged
in)

Accordingly, you’re requested to fill your respective form, while verifying the already
provided data therein latest by September 17, 2020 to take the matter further. Please
note that it is mandatory to submit the form within the given timelines as after the cutoff
date employees will not be able to fill out the form. In case of any further assistance,
kindly contact the following focal persons:

2. Raheel Anees, AD HR&T, at ext 375 (For matters pertaining to HR)
3. Muhammad Bashir Awan, AD HR&T, at ext 371 (For matters pertaining to HR)

Please note that the promotion consideration is subject to availability of higher post and
no employee shall have a claim/ right to be promoted from one grade to another grade by
virtue of his/her seniority/ or as a matter of right. Moreover, the senior management has
expressed its commitment to inculcate meritocracy in all spheres of the Commission’s
functions, accordingly the promotion process shall be fair, transparent and merit based.
