CODE OF CONDUCT

At MFPP, we develop and protect our park as a haven for wellbeing in our urban
neighbourhood.. This requires that all staff, volunteers, trustees and stakeholders have
unwavering dedication to high ethical standards and carries a share of the responsibility for
our collaboration and success as a public-serving organisation.

Our culture is built on 4 key values. These shape our behaviour towards each other and
those who use the park. Together, these values and the behaviours we have collectively
identified support us

Integrity

We are clear what our role is and aim to fulfil it.

We are as clear, transparent and honest as possible

We stay focused on work

We are on time for work and events

We talk about things in a clear, constructive way.

We acknowledge our limitations and ask for help when we need it.

We listen carefully to the community’s needs

We are dedicated, ambitious and strive for excellence

We include everyone and acknowledge everyone’s contribution
