Your journey as a Corporate clients Graduate
Next onboarding in July
 Start with 2 weeks of induction in Paris with all the
graduates
 From the beginning, pick your major : Coverage or
Transaction Banking, where you will first rotate and land at
the end of the programme
 Spend your first 6-month rotation within your chosen activity
(Corporate Coverage or Transaction banking) in your
hiring country
 After your 1st rotation benefit from an 8-day additional
training in Lisbon
 Continue with your second 6-month rotation and discover
another European country and another business
activity (Transaction Banking or Corporate Coverage
depending on your first rotation)
 At the end of the programme you go back to your hiring
country within your initial activity and continue your journey
Your journey as an Investment Banking Graduate
Next onboarding in July
 Benefit from the IB Academy with 2 weeks of induction in
Paris as an introduction to the programme
 Spend at least one rotation in the HQ in Paris
 Join the Mergers & Acquisitions, Advisory environment
or one in capital raising activities, such as Capital
Markets, Real Assets and more.
 For your 2nd rotation, you either return to your home
country or move to another country (if you were hired in
France) and start your second assignment whilst
discovering a second investment banking activity
 At the end of the programme you go back to your hiring
country and join your target IB team
