Standard 标准:
It is the standard of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts that at the end of each shift, the appointed cashier will prepare their cash
envelope and ensure that the total cash equals to net cash figure in the cashier summary.
瑞吉酒店&度假村标准:每个班次结束后,收银员要准备他们的缴款袋,并确保收到的现金总额要同机器所打印出的现
金总额相一致。

Procedure 程序:

(1) At the end of each restaurant cashier’s shift he/she is to complete the deposit envelope.
每个班次结束后,各餐厅收银员要整理他们自己的缴款袋

(2) Restaurant cashier is to use the closing cashier report from the POS system for the meal periods that he/she is
responsible for the closing duty.
餐厅收银员是根据“INFRASYS”收银系统的收银员结数报表中读出各餐段所输入的数据并核对实际收入

(3) From this report the cashier will fill in the cashier envelope with the net receipt (A) total amount of cash stated on the
reading.
按照实际收入(“A”)填写缴款袋,

(4) He/she will also enter the amount of tip if any in the cashier envelope (B).
( “B” )为系统现金读数

(5) The deposit envelope will be calculated as A-B = C. Total amount of money should equal to the assigned cash float
total.
缴款袋内上缴的现金总额“C”就应等于“A”减去“B”

(6) Restaurant cashier goes to front desk and places these envelopes in the drop box ensuring that they obtain a witness to
verify the deposit envelope drop.
餐厅收银员要将缴款袋投入放在总出纳办公室内的保险箱中。投缴款袋时,现场必须要有一位证明人

- Check to ensure that envelope has dropped into the box and not still on the ledge of the handle section.
检查并确保缴款袋投入给出保险箱中而不是在扶手的一侧
