than those at traditional mills.

TORQWIN tightly controls heat treating process at its mills, curing fewer screws in a
batch to ensure even hardening. Traditional mills heat treat more screws in a batch,
resulting in uneven heat treatment making more screws subject to head snaps and
bending.

PROCESS CONTROL RESULT:
TORQWIN heat treats fewer screws at a time, this means your TORQWIN screws will be
evenly hardened fastener to fastener and box to box.

HEADLOK NIBS
The HEADLOK Nibs are underneath the head to create and easy
countersink and flush finish.

MILLING RIBS
Enlarges the hole in the material to create a better passage when drawing
material together to reduce tensions on the screw.

SHARK BITE THREADS

Shark tooth shaped threads bite through timber fiber creating an easier
entry.

DEBRIS FLUTES
Debris flutes allow debris to pass by the screw shank as it enters the
substrate, which minimizes the torque needed.

TYPE 17 CUTAWAY
With sharp threads all the way to the tip, the fastener has an immediate
grip for a fast start. The cutaway drastically reduces the splitting effect
and minimizes the driving torque needed to engage the wood.
