Subject: Permission for movement of CONCOR’s container rake ex. GFCJ to ICDA

Respected Sir,

In reference to above subject, kindly note that CONCOR is moving container rakes ex.MMLP-GFCJ
(CONCOR Siding, Jharsuguda) to various streams. Please note that a BLC rake is planned for
movement ex. GFCJ to ICDA (CONCOR siding at Amingaon) scheduled for today but N.F.R. has
imposed route restrictions beyond BOE/KIR for 2 days effective from on 02.10.23. The restriction
message is as under for your kind reference.

As a result of these imposed route restrictions, CONCOR is regrettably hindered from executing the
scheduled rake movement to ICDA, thereby preventing us from attaining our loading target
originating from GFCJ. Given the critical nature of this situation, it's imperative to emphasize that
the movement of this specific rake holds immense significance, aligning with the explicit request
put forth by our valued customer, M/s Bhushan Power & Steels Ltd.

We kindly request your favorable consideration for the exceptional movement of just one container
rake originating from GFCJ to ICDA, with the targeted date of 2nd October '23. This concession would
undoubtedly enable us to alleviate the operational challenges posed by the current route
restrictions and uphold our commitment to our valued customer.
Your understanding and swift intervention in this matter would be immensely appreciated.
