Subject: Reimbursement of Terminal Charges @Rs.20/- per MT on both inward and outward traffic
being handled at CONCOR PFT/GFCJ

Reference: Railway Boards letter no. TCR 1078/2018/17 dated 27.12.2018 wef 27 th Dec, 2018

Dear Sir,

With reference to above circular, Railway will collect terminal charges @Rs.20/- per MT for both inward
and outward traffic being handled at PFT’s both Greenfield and Brownfield and the same will be
reimbursed to the Terminal management company of the relevant PFT.

CONCOR have a PFT at MMLP-Jharsuguda (GFCJ) in CKP division over South-Eastern Railway where we
handled railway rakes both inward and outward apart from container rakes. A detailed statement related
to railway rakes handled at PFT/GFCJ during 1st Apr’21 to 31st Mar’22 is attached herewith for your
reference and necessary reimbursement to CONCOR.

Therefore, it is requested to please reimburse Rs. 6,06,240/- to CONCOR for the railway rakes handled
at PFT/GFCJ during 1st Apr’21 to 31st Mar’22 at your earliest.
