Price:
The above price is quoted in USD CIF HO CHI MINH PORT, VAT EXCLUDED, uninsured.
Export CIF to Shanghai WaiGaoQiao Port by customer, From Shanghai port to factory will be arranged by
SXR, customs clearance and inland transport. After finishing the recovering work, and the rebuilding work for
internal jet cleaning shower, SXR will arrange the shipment with CIF HO CHI MINH PORT, in accordance with
Incoterms 2020.The Export Import tax and duties on Vietnam Side (if applicable) is to be borne by the Buyer.
Save All and DST Doctoring system to be shipped separately.

Payment : 30% Down Payment, 70% prior to Delivery, By T/T.

Delivery time :
For Both Roll covering and Doctoring system + Water Catch Pan:
10 – 12 work weeks, Valid from contract signed, Receipt of Roll Body or Down Payment, and clarification of all
technical data.

Scope of Supply:
Incoming inspection, removal old cover, sand blasting, roll body preparation, new covering, vulcanization,
machining and finish grinding, final inspection, report and packing.

Warranty Period:
12 months from start up or 18 months from delivery, whichever comes first, on pro rata temporized basis.

Dynamic Balancing:
Dynamic Balancing of the roll will be done according to final confirmation of technical specification, without
extra charges.

Packaging:
Normally, customer packs their roll in steel box and we need to re-use the steel box for return transport.
Doctoring system and saveall will have ocean freight export quality packaging.

Validity: 90 days from date of quotation.

Remarks:
In case of fluctuation of the raw material prices, our prices are subject to change.
In case of damage claims and warranty, seller liability shall be restricted to the invoice value.
