    The petitioners apprehend their arrest and seeking

    341/283/290/147/148/149 PPC r/w 3 LSA registered at

    PS Mira Khel, Bannu.

    The accused/petitioners contend malafide and

    ulterior motive on part of the complainant. The record is

    not before the court except attested photocopy of FIR

    supported by an affidavit; therefore, the ad-interim pre

    arrest bail is allowed to accused/petitioners subject to

    furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs: 80,000/- each

    with two local & reliable sureties each in the like amount

    to the satisfaction of this court. The petitioners are

    directed to join the investigation. Notice to the
