AFFIDAVIT OF ADJUDICATION BY SOLE HEIR OF

THE DECEASED SPOUSES ELENO ESTRADA and ANA ESTRADA

I, MARIVIC M. ARWITA, of legal age, married to JESUS F. ARWITA and a resident

of Barangay Bioto, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, Philippines, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am only surviving heir of the late Spouses ELENO ESTRADA and ANA
ESTRADA who both died intestate in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, Philippines on
______________ and _____________, respectively;

2. That the late spouses ELENO ESTRADA and ANA ESTRADA both died without
siblings;

3. That the said deceased left a parcel of land more particularly described as;

“A parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 99-19-01-00062

located at Awasian, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, identified as Lot No.1531,
containing an area of 15.8190 Hectares, Classification Agricultural”

4. That the said deceased left no debts, nor any LAST WILL or TESTAMENT;

5. That pursuant to Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, I hereby adjudicate unto
myself the above-described parcel of land by means of this affidavit and hereby files the same
with the City Assessors Office in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur with the request, that the said
adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned
Rules of Court.
