*Tenants shall make application for commencement of works at least 3 working days in advance.
*Hacking / noisy works / works involving smell (such as painting/use of thinner or glue etc.) are only allowed
from 10pm to 7am daily only.

Hot Works, contractors are required to fill up Hot work permit and submit to Centre Management Office

(CMO) October 2018 at least 3 working days in advance before the work is being carried out. Contractor is
for approval
required to follow the safe work procedures as spelled out in the Hot work permit during the Hot work.
*Common area protection for works between 10pm to 8am on the following day:
- With delivery of materials, to protect service lift, lift lobbies, wall and floor along the corridor from the lift
lobby to the location of work
- Without delivery of materials, to keep floor outside hoarding clean always
- Contractors who are working along the corridor or in the common area shall protect wall and floor at the
location of work
- Contractor shall also keep the corridor free of footprint always

for Security Pass. Only workers with approved Work Permit will be allowed to carry out the works and
should you have any query, please contact our Security Control Room at Tel No. 6909 1642/3.
