SEMINAR APPROVAL FORM 2023

Date: 08/10/2023

Subject: Approval for ANWARSHAHIN's Seminar Presentation

Student Details:

• Full Name: ANWARSHAHIN NK

• Roll Number: B20ECB14
• Year & Semester: FINAL YEAR 7TH SEM

Seminar Details:

• Topic Title: OBJECT TRACKING USING OPEN CV

• Date of Seminar: 31/10/2023
• Duration: 30MIN

Abstract:

Object tracking is a fundamental task in computer vision with diverse applications

such as surveillance, autonomous vehicles, and human-computer interaction. This
study presents a robust object tracking system utilizing the OpenCV library, a
versatile open-source computer vision library. The proposed system employs a
combination of traditional computer vision techniques and deep learning algorithms
for efficient and accurate object tracking in real-time video streams
In this research, I explore the integration of OpenCV's powerful tools for image
processing, feature extraction, and motion analysis to develop a comprehensive
object tracking framework. We leverage OpenCV's algorithms for object detection
and feature matching, enabling the system to identify and track objects across
consecutive frames. Additionally, we incorporate deep learning-based object
recognition models, seamlessly integrated with OpenCV, to enhance the tracking
accuracy, especially in challenging scenarios with occlusions and complex object
movement
