Within 700 km Confirm 3AC Train Or AC Sleeper bust ticket And Above 700 km Confirm Air ticket for To & From + Lodging &
Boarding in 2 star hotel + Local Conveyance charges + visa + Medical etc. in buyers account. Necessary Tools, Tackles, Labor &
Chemical should be provided by the Buyer.

Ready with all the requirements mentioned and explained to you.

Once all requirements are ready, customers are required to mail signed copies of Pre-installation forms, videos and detailed
photos showing the readiness of site. Then Our installation team Verifies the correctness of your site as per our Technical
specifications and if team finds it satisfactory, they will give confirmation by mail. Then they will plan installation Team to be
deployed at customer Site"

Warranty:
We offer 1-year warranty from the date of supply. The warranty is valid against defective workmanship of the system only for
repairing. Our liability is limited to repair the same and not for wear and tear. Warranty does not cover consumable, electrical,
electronics, rubber & plastic parts. The warranty lapses if any changes in the machine configuration are done by the customer.
We are not liable for the machine failure arising out due to carelessness and out of our machine operative guidelines. Site visit
will not be charged during warranty period. Only to & fro travelling, Visa, Medical, lodging and boarding & other expenses will
be paid by the Buyer.
Order Amendments:
Any change in specifications & other terms shall entail revision of delivery and prices including statutory variations.
Order Cancellation:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled due to any region. On the cancellation of the order advance payment is nonrefundable.
Machinery / Goods once sold will not be taken back.
Jurisdiction:
Subject to Surat Jurisdiction for any conflicts/disputes.
New ISI Guideline Norm:
1. Applicant will submit the undertaking with application. ͞We are ready for the inspection within 10 days.͟
2. BIS Officer will visit at the client site within 10 to 25 days max from the date of submission of application.
3. If the applicant is not ready on the day of inspection than officer will reject application and Deposited fees will not be
refund.
4. Applicant has to pay Minimum 50% license fees along with the application fees.
5. If officer observed in lack of infrastructure during the visit than the application shall be processed for rejection.
6. Applicant has to be submitted sealed sample into the selected lab within 48 hours. if applicant fail to submit than he has to
pay 500 R.s penalty per day. And if sample is not received within 7 days into selected lab than the application shall be
processed for rejection.
7. After grant of BIS license applicant to has to pay the balance 50% amount of license fee within 7 days. And it can be
extended by officer for 15 days max but applicant is fail to deposit balance amount within extended time then they are liable
to pay penalty 500 R.s per day. And his application shall be liable to be closed if the Minimum Marking Fee is not deposited
within a month of Grant of License, and the fees deposited by him be forfeited.
Any changes in BIS & Government rules & regulation will be applicable to our offer during execution of the order. Primary BIS
follow up to be done by the customer.
Hygienic condition has to be Maintained strictly in plant as per BIS rules. The final quality of water depends on Hygienic
conditions of the plant. Successful granting of BIS license depends on Passing of samples in all tests of packaged drinking water
and some of the Test Results are totally dependent on Hygienic conditions of the Plant.
General:
Any typographical or clerical errors are subject to correction. (E.&O.E.)
Our Engineer will install only those machines and laboratory equipments that are manufactured and supplied by DTPPL.

Customer has to complete electrical work, civil work, connection from borewell to raw water tank before installation.
Kindly provide a video of your plant with before installation form duly signed before the installation.
customer has to work as per are service, installation and ISI team guidelines to insure smooth work flow.
Force Majeure clause:
Our offer is subjected to the standard force majeure conditions. We shall be under no liability if performance of the quotation
on our part is delayed whether in whole or in part due to any cause beyond our or our subcontractors /principal͛s reasonable

control, including but not limited to war (whether declared or not), civil insurrection, strikes, lockouts, government orders /
embargoes, earthquake, fire, floods, quarantine restrictions, freight embargoes
