1) The works for the project shall be processed after receiving the Full payment/clearance of the cheque, against this invoice.

2) This invoice amount is charged to provide Electricity connection for the specified approved load, also considering the existing load
of the project (if any).

3) Any change in the specified load may result in revision of this Invoice.

4) The above amount is fixed rate and no Debit Advice will be prepared against the above project.

5) This Invoice is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Revalidation is required beyond this date which will be on party's request.

6) Under normal circumstances DEWA estimates a period of 16 weeks for commissioning/uprating the substation after the
substation civil works are completed in all respects as per our drawing and hand over to us and after receipt of payment against our invoice
and RTA Traffic Impact Study (TIS) Clearance provided (and also after completion of excavation, back filling & HV cable laying by party's
DEWA approved contractor under DEWA supervision for cases where party to lay cable).

7) Yet, in no case DEWA shall be responsible or held to liable towards any Customer/Third party due to any possible delay or
extension of the above estimated period.
