The Quasi-Parish of Bascaran established recently has been providing the services for
our parishioners and part of this is the conduct of weddings.

Our Quasi-Parish is composed of at least nine (9) barangays with residents coming
from different areas of our province and region. On cases like this were our
applicants are from distant places from here, the acquisition of marriage
requirements will prove to be difficult given the distance and time-constraint.

Hence, may we respectfully request if you would grant us the assistance of accepting
our offer to send our request for Marriage Banns for the below-mentioned
applicants be sent through e-mail or Viber, or other online platforms that will be
most comfortable to you. Posting for three Sundays from their place of origin, the
document requested can be sent via registered mail or any delivery option that
would least consume time. We will be shouldering the fees or expenses related to
the conduct of said transactions via Gcash.

With your most solicited permission, we wish to make use of the new avenues where
communication and transfer of materials / documentscan be done at the least
amount of time, given the constraint of personally appearing for requests of above-
mentioned documents.
