    HR philosophy-1
    It designed to ensure that the company’s core values are reflected in the way the company treats its
    employees, by creating a work environment that is conducive to the productivity and morale of the
    workforce, clear expectations for employee performance and provide guidance on how to best
    .manage employees

    HR policies-2
    .Provides guidance on how to handle people-related business issues
    Having a set of human resources policies, which helps ensure that the organization fulfills its legal
    .obligations towards its employees and manages its workforce
    .And helping to define its values and behaviors ,

    HR programs-3
    Enhancing organizational capacity that aims to benefit from specialized programs, activities, and
    systems, promote positive relationships, and improve the overall effectiveness of the workforce. This

    involve implementing HR policies and programmes from resourcing and recruitment to employee
    relation, performance management, learning and development. also include making sure employees
