It designed to ensure that the company’s core values are reflected in the way the company treats its
employees, by creating a work environment that is conducive to the productivity and morale of the
workforce, clear expectations for employee performance and provide guidance on how to best

systems, promote positive relationships, and improve the overall effectiveness of the workforce. This

relation, performance management, learning and development. also include making sure employees
are treated fairly and equitably, and that they receive the appropriate benefits and entitlements, also
