Aesthetics I chose to create a skincare and a makeup organizer that has 2 main sections and is separated
into 2 halves. The first half has a skincare fridge which will be recycled which will make it
environmentally friendly, and it will also have 2 5 by 5 cm small cabinets for easy access for
certain stuff, or for products with small square shaped size like powder blush, eyeshadow, and
other small rectangle or square shaped skincare or makeup that fit in this cabinet. The other
half would have 4 other separations the top drawers will be a drawer for the products and the
2 drawers will have compartments, and in the middle drawer it will be a big drawer that is
equal to the 2 drawers above it I just explained about but it will be in the color blue, but the
drawers above it in the color pink and as for the bottom it will be a shelf that has small
separations to make the products not fall when the organizer moves . And as for the small 5
cm shelf above with small separations these small boxes are for lip products like lip gloss, lip
balm, moisturizer, and other small cylinder thin shaped products. It can also fit some small
tints, mascara and other skincare and makeup products. This product will be a storage
container that is designed to create an organized and tidy space and environment at a certain
place, that will also create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment around it
which will help in the person's well-being and the skincare will help with the person’s skins
health. A skincare and makeup organizer are a storage container or system designed to help
neatly organize and store skincare products and makeup items. My organizer is designed to
make it easier to access and use skincare and makeup products while keeping them well-
organized and visually appealing. The colors of this organizer based on primary interviews with
my targeted customers are blue, pink, and purple. The product has a square shape with an
ergonomic friendly handle to make it portable. The texture of the product is smooth, and it is
made out of plastic. The pattern in the organizer is the repetition of different colors but in
lighter or darker shades and it also has visual weight since it it’s balanced and both sides have
compartments and cabinets. From the back there would be a small opening for the plug of the
skincare fridge. And from the back their would be a small specific shaped opening for the
organizer to be able to be hanged, the shape of the opening would be like the opening found

on the watches that we hang on the wall, so here is a picture of the opening:
So the organizer will have an opening just like the one in the picture.
Cost I will buy custom plastic parts from a plastic company, but the prices vary for different types of
plastic, quality, the custom color of the plastic, and there is only very little number of custom-
made plastic parts to buy here in Jordan, and this is based on primary interview with an expert
about plastic. The product will cost me only the plastic and lots of time to install the plastic
parts together, and then assemble the fridge inside the organizer, and this process will
consume a lot of time which is approximately 12 hours to order the custom plastic then
assembling it in different periods but at last it will equal to more than or equal to 12 hours.
Customer People with organization OCD will suffer if they do not organize the environment around
 them, which will have bad effects on their well being and that will also cause anxiety which
also has a negative effect on their health. The targeted customers or audience are teenagers
above 6th and 7th grade with organization OCD. Most female teenagers or about all use
makeup and skincare to maintain the well-being of the skin and its healthiness. When applying
the products and the makeup, it helps enhance their well-being and health care, and it makes
certain female teenagers feel good since it relaxes them and helps calm their mood, and this is
based on what most teenagers with OCD feel when they are in an organized environment and
place. Where it has a good effect on most females which is that it increases their self-esteem.
Where good makeup and skincare brands are gentle on the skin with healthy nutrients inside
most of them to maintain a good looking shiny and healthy skin. Another reason which is
obvious that the organizer with the products inside it helps make the environment around it
tidier and more comfortable to sit in. The gender that is going to use this product or organizers
are female. It is designed for any female above the age of 11 that has OCD.
We need a solution for 1 reason which is that female teenagers with organization OCD are
having bad well beings that effected their healthcare, where their skincare and makeup
products are not organized which makes them have anxiety and nervousness which will have a
bad effect on their health.
Environment As for the environment I will use environmentally friendly materials including recycled plastic
and reused materials from my house to help the environment and cause no severe or any
damages. The product that I will make will not affect the environment negatively, but it will
affect it positively because the plastic is made out of recycled materials and it can be recycled,
and it will also sustainable and high quality since it will have a long life because everything is
high quality so it will be sustainable and it will sustain a long life. When the life of the plastic
ends you can either recycle it or you can use it for personal preferences and everyday different
uses. It is good for the environment since it follows most of the 6 R’s of design. As for the
product it will have 0 negative effects on the environment based on the materials I would use
and the procedure of assembling the recyclable plastic.
Size

As for the size of this organizer it will be a square with dimensions of 40 by 40 cm, and it will
have 10 cm of width so 40 x 40 x 10 for the organizer's overall dimensions.
As for the skincare fridge the dimensions of it will be 20W x 35L x 10 width.
As for the 2 separators above the skincare fridge they will have an equal dimension of 10W x 5
L and the width will also be 10 cm.
As for the empty cabinet on the right side of the organizer below, it will be 20W x 15L x 10
width, and it will be covered in clear plastic that can be open and close with a magnet and it
has dimensions of 20 W x 15L and 1 cm width.
As for the drawer in blue that is almost in the middle it will be 20 cm x 10 cm by 10 cm for the
width of the drawer.
As for the 2 equal drawers above the blue big drawer, they will be equal in size and they would
have the same size of the blue drawer when combined, so one of the drawers has the
dimensions of 10 by 10 by 10 cm, and so will the other drawer have the same dimensions.
As for the 16 pockets or separators above the 2 drawers, each small box will have a dimension
of: 2.5 cm by 2.5 cm for each boy and the width of each box will also be 10 cm.
As for the dimensions it will have a size of 10 cm of length, and 5 cm of width and it will be 3
cm thick.
As for the size of the upper and lower plastic that will be covering the bottom and the top it
will have dimensions of 10 cm by 40 cm.
As for the plastic that will cover the side left and right it will be 10 by 40 cm.
As for the front and back plastic sizes they will be 40 by 40 cm.
The organizer will have a volume of 16000 cm cubed.
As for the size of the organizer it is equal or almost equivalent to the size of similar products
sold online and in shops. So it is considered big because it can fit necessary makeup and many
 skincare products. The product is comfortable to use since it has from the back an opening
that makes it suitable to hang on the wall since it is big, so you can just put in a stable nail on
the wall, then you can hang the organizer. The size is considered semi perfect because it fits all
necessary makeup and skincare and even more.
