CERTIFICATION

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the undersigned reiterated and disseminated to all

personnel of this station the best practice of our ARD, PRO1 to be implemented,
adhere to the acronym SECURED (Strategic Approach; Engaging the Community for
Safer Neighborhoods; Compassion; Upholding the Rule of Law and Justice while
Implementing effective Law Enforcement; Robust Quad Concept; Enhancing Public
Safety and Security; Digital Transformation for Efficient Policing) and the 5-Focused
Agenda of the CPNP. Further, this is to certify that all personnel fully understand and
will strictly adhere to the said directive.

This certification is being issued upon the request of the Provincial

Investigation and Detective Management Unit for all legal intents and purposes it
may serve.
