Jonas then advances towards the house he sees because the journey he made

had exhausted him and Gabriel enormously. So he knocked on the door of

this warm house but when what the door opened Jonah was extremely
surprised.

"The Giver?!" Jonas caled.

"I'm not The Giver but his twin brother, he probably didn't tell you about me
and it’s normal. Come back I'll explain everything to you." the man said.

The brother of the giver set Jonas up in his living room by a fireplace on an
armchair and poured him a hot chocolate. "First of all, I am very honored to
finally meet the one who will finally be able to change everything, because to
get here you had to walk a long path filled with ravines. I have to ask you
your first name ! ‘’

"My name is J... Jonas and you ? " He answers with difficulty under the
surprise of this meeting.

"Nice to meet-you Jonas my name is Jack, first I have to explain to you why
you are here and then what we are going to do so that you can finish your
miscare." Jack said

"Isn't it already finished?" Jonas said ?

“No, as you already know your journey allowed you to go to forbidden areas
like here. This allowed everyone to regain their memory. But they have never
experienced their different feelings before so they do not know how to
manage these feelings. And that's where you, Jonas, come in." Jack said

"Me, but how?" Jonas asked

“Can you let me check something I'm almost sure about by showing me your
back? " Jack asked

“Uh, chords” Jonas takes off his sweater and Jack places him beside a mirror
so he can see his back Jack tells him he's going to pass on a memory. At the
moment Jonas had received it, he sees a symbol of keys appear on his back.

properly control and understand their feeling it is necessary that a

see, that separates our two worlds"
Jonas having understood went outside and sees the portal Jack gave
him a key so that he open it. After opening it everything was quiet
jack did not have the mark that's why when leaving he could not do
anything even not come back he was stuck in this house. Jack,Jonas
and Gabriel then started the opposite path. Once arrived the
community welcomed them with emotion, they all have one word in
their mouth "thank you".
Because good or bad memories are important we can not hope to live
well without a real friendship, without love, without making our own
choices. You have to know sadness to appreciate happiness. Otherwise
what flavor would life have ?
