Artistic Director’s Note

Imagination, creativity and family continue to be solid themes for TCP. We all come together to create
“community theatre at its very best”, and build relationships and memories throughout the process. As a
young orphan, Anne Shirley continues to reach through challenges, express creative ideas, and build
community relationships who end up becoming family; therefore, representing many of the themes we
abide by at TCP.

Anne of Green Gables remains the longest running musical in the world, making it a fitting choice for
our 40th Anniversary musical production. It continues to connect us to our roots of community and
passion, while also enlightening audiences with an enduring storyline.

TCP is beyond excited to return to the Trinity Theatre this spring for a full scale musical production.
