TERMS & CONDITIONS / REFUND POLICY

Please read the below Terms and Conditions carefully, then sign the declaration to confirm that
you have read, understood and agreed to all the following conditions:

1. That the purpose of the J1 Work and Travel Program is to give full time University and College students the
opportunity to work in the USA for up to four months while experiencing another culture. Also, the jobs available may
not relate to my degree, or desired profession.

2. I am a full-time student pursuing a two or more-year College/ University degree and I am between the age of
18–30-year-old.

3. I understand that I MUST pay my program fee in full and that at least 25% of this fee is non-refundable even if I
cancel from the program for whatever reason or if I am denied the J1-visa.

4. I understand that if after I received my DS-2019 and I am unable to travel due to any circumstances, 25% of my
program fee is non- refundable.

5. That as a participant in the J1 Work and Travel Program, I must be able to provide Proof of Student Status verifying
that I am currently enrolled and attending an accredited College/University and that I am available to work during my
university summer break.

NB- Please note that a status letter is required for each semester if your tuition is being paid per semester. Therefore, if
you are not fully registered for the entire year, then you will have to resubmit a new status letter by January 31.

6. There is an initial Non-refundable and non-transferrable Registration fee of JA$2,500.00.

7. I understand that Job access will not be granted without the payment of the registration fee of JMD $2500 and a
security deposit in the amount of US$750.

8. I understand that payments should be made directly to the bank accounts provided and confirmed by SNOW. SNOW
will not account for any payments made to other third parties or to any other bank account.

NB- Payments will also be accepted from Loan Agencies authorized by SNOW.

9. That any information submitted by me to SNOW as part of the registration/application process may be held on and
electronic database and made available to SNOW's sponsors and prospective employers.
10. If the documents requested are incomplete and not submitted by the due date, SNOW will not be held liable for
applications not being processed on time, nor for any late fees that may incur.

11. That I am aware of the following documents are required for registration:

i. Completed Registration Form

ii. this Signed Terms and Conditions/ Refund Policy;

iii. an updated typed resume;

iv. copy of a valid passport (including any previously issued US visas - valid up to 6-months after return date);

v. a headshot passport size photograph taken within last six months; and

vi. the non refundable Registration fee of JA$2,500.00.

12. All fees must be paid in full by 30th of November of the current year and if paid after will increase by US$100. Fee
may vary based on promotion.

13. That the Program Fee covers the following:

i. Legal Sponsorship Necessary to Obtain The J1 Visa;

ii. Compulsory Medical Insurance;

iii. SEVIS Fee;

iv. Cultural Activities And Local Support In The US.

However, It does not include: US Embassy Visa Voucher fee, airfare and other transportation (e.g. bus, train) to the
company site, housing, meals and entertainment.

14. That the US Sponsor and/or Host Employer will conduct an interview, either by telephone, or by Skype; therefore,
SNOW cannot guarantee placement and cannot be held responsible for non- placement if I fail to pass the interview.
15. There is a JA$2,500.00 Processing Fee for Visa Application and it is mandatory that all visa applications must be
completed by SNOW.

16. That if I accept a job and thereby refuse it after the visa has been granted, that all fees payable to the sponsor is
non-refundable.

17. That although I am placed on a job and paid all my fees there is no guarantee that I will gain entry into the United
States. That the US Embassy has the authority to deny, or approve the issuance of visa, or entry clearance.

18. If I am denied a visa, it is my responsibility to obtain the necessary denial notice from the embassy to submit to
SNOW in order to obtain a refund of the remaining 75% of my program pursuant to clause 3 herein.

19. That once the DS-2019 is in my possession, if misplaced, or lost, I will bear the full expense for replacing it.

20. That it is mandatory for me to attend, either a physical, or a virtual orientation with SNOW prior to my departure to
the US.

21. It is also mandatory that within 72 hours of arrival in the United States and every 30 days thereafter, I must check
in with my J1 Sponsor to provide a monthly activity report.

22. SNOW reserves the right to refuse any applicant who is not eligible to participate in the program, or anyone it
deems as not appropriate for acceptance in the general interest of SNOW, or the program.

23. SNOW also reserves the right to cancel applications submitted at any time during the process due to reasons such
as late submissions of documents, false information provided by the Applicant.

24. I understand that SNOW will not be held responsible for death or any injuries sustained during various training
programs offered by SNOW as a part of my preparation for the J1 Work and Travel Program.

25. I, the applicant certifies all information and/or documents submitted to snow is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge.

26. I understand that knowingly and wilfully falsify, or make any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or
representation, or make or use any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious or
fraudulent statement or entry, shall result in termination from the program and 25% of which is the admin fee is
non-refundable.
 27. I understand that while SNOW remains a source of guidance, the employers and the sponsors are responsible.
SNOW may not be held liable for any actions that may occur while on the J1 Work and Travel Program.

28.In the event that I breach this contract, commit fraud, a criminal offense and/or fail and/or refuse to abide by the
stipulations that accompany your entry into and/or stay in the United States of America then SNOW and all its agents
and/or servants reserve the right, notwithstanding any term of this Agreement, to cooperate with and/or provide
information to any agency and/or entity treating with immigration, law enforcement, customs and/ or border protection
matters. Further it is explicitly agreed and understood that you waive all rights and/or restrictions with respect to
confidentiality and/or data protection in those circumstances.

29. I have seen and read a S.N.O.W. registration form with its cancellation and refund policy below.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

i. US$150.00 Deducted - if canceled after my application has been submitted to the sponsor for vetting.

ii. US$250.00 Deducted - if interviewed by Sponsor and/or Employer and waiting to confirm placement.

iii. US$250.00 Deducted - if interviewed and denied by Sponsor and/or Employer.

iv. US$375.00 Deducted from sponsors fee including 25% of Admin fee JMD$14953- if canceled after accepting a job
offer and prior to receiving the DS- 2019 Form.

v. US$412.50 is Deducted from Sponsors fee including 25% from Admin fee-JMD$14953 if canceled after the DS-2019
Form is issued.

vi. US$412.50 Deducted from Sponsors Fee including 25% of admin fee JMD$14953- if denied the J1 Visa at the US
Embassy.
vii. NO REFUND - Once you arrive in the US, if terminated from employment including but not limited to termination
for bad performance, or rule violations.
30. I note and understand the following;

i. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing, signed, dated and emailed to students.now@yahoo.com.

ii. Refunds will be issued within 60 days from the date of written notice. All refund payments will be processed via
transfers from our JN Account to a bank account of your choice.

iii. Please note however that all refunds paid to a local Jamaican Account will be paid in Jamaican currency, based on
the day’s exchange rate. If the refund is needed in USD, you MUST provide us with a JN US A/C number. Refunds to
any other local bank account will only be processed in the JMD currency.

iv. My signature below confirms that I have read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy in
its entirety.

v. My signature also authorizes SNOW to use my name, photographs, video resume, testimonials, or statements in
materials to be used for their website, or social media sites in order to market and promote the J1 Program.
