Delivery Manager - For a Fast Growing Well-Funded Product Engineering Services Firm

Location: Baner, Pune

Company Background

The company is a ~150 people Product Development Partner to US based product companies
and consulting companies. The company was started in 2012 and has scaled up to be a
differentiated Product Development Partner led by industry veterans.
With a strong PE partnership, the firm expects to invest and build this rapidly into a hundred
million dollar business with strong profitability and growth. The company is managed by a
professional CEO who brings 30+ years of experience with previous roles as COO of
LTIMindtree and Brillio.

Role - Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager is a key leadership position overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product
engineering services. With a focus on client success, fostering a positive team culture,
mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement, Delivery Manager plays a critical role
towards the company's growth in the competitive product engineering services industry

Responsibilities & Experiences


● Manage Delivery for strategic accounts, responsible for a $1-$2m business comprising
of product engineering engagements of various sizes.

● Three key responsibilities: Client Satisfaction/ Excellence in Delivery, People and


Financials.

● Must be extremely familiar with modern Delivery models (Scaled Agile, Cloud native
development, multi-stacks especially AWS and Azure, product engineering delivery
metrics, various design patterns, delivery automation including CI/CD, DevSecOps, etc.)
● Must have a strong passion for building and growing teams with a focus on measurable
people engagement.
● Must drive client satisfaction and project success, collaborate with clients to
understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure the delivery aligns with
business objectives. Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop delivery plans, monitor
progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
● Must have financial acumen to manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation,
and contribute to overall profitability
● Must be comfortable having management calls with clients in US time zones.

Other Requirements
● Good to have someone who stays informed about industry trends and emerging
technologies
● Good to have experience in solutioning, interfacing with analysts, etc.

● Good to have an aspirational leader who would like to grow the company and
business
● Minimum of 8 years of relevant (product engineering) experience
