completing my semester 2 placement with you at (placement site and location) on Mondays and

I am writing to express my appreciation and to thank you for the oppratunity to work with you and your
team in my upcoming placement. As a new Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist Assistant student I am
truly excited to learn, develop new skills and build on my knowledge.
