offerings, has been developed to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain for our customers.
In our commitment to being a highly reliable partner and providing service to our customer, supply chain offerings beyond the standard are available, and we
welcome the opportunity to review your requests and provide you with service options.
There are typically nominal fees associated with non-standard requests, which may require additional supply chain resources. Should you need further
information, please contact the sales account manager or the Customer Experience Representative (CER) responsible for your account.

Order Lead Times
Lubrizol recommends using the following lead times for your planning purposes. The following lead times reflect the average time necessary to manufacture and
prepare customer orders for shipment. Lead times do not include transit time. Please allow additional lead time for new customers and/or new products.
We fully understand that business needs can be unpredictable and may require rush orders for same or next day shipment, in order to accommodate your specific
needs, please understand that certain charges may be added to balance extra resources.
Accordingly, rush orders may be subject to a Rush Order Fee (tax included). please consult your local Customer Experience Representative or your Sales Account

Order Change
Changes made to orders can create operational issues and should be avoided. Order changes can result in a need to reschedule and may cause
delays or may incur additional fees.

Tanker Cleanliness & Unloading Procedure
To ensure tanker cleanliness, Lubrizol requires all carriers to present a clean, dry, odor-free tank to the shipping location. ISO tank & Road tanker not
conforming to the cleanliness requirement will be rejected.
• Driver must have certificate of cleanliness, tank condition report, vehicle service record for ISO tank to enter our facility.
• All vehicles (prime mover, road tanker and lorry) must be equipped with fire extinguisher on board.
• ISO tank must be in regulation with all LTA (Land Transport Authority), SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force) and NEA (National Environment Agency)
safety requirements.
• ISO tank must be an insulated stainless-steel container.
• Driver must be in proper attire: long sleeves, long pants, hard hat, safety glasses and safety shoes.
• There is absolutely no smoking permitted on the premises.
• ISO tank and Road tanker must park at assigned designated location.
• Unsafe ISO tank and Road tanker will be rejected on the spot.

Drums
Drums are filled on a standard net weight based upon 210 liters at standard gravity.
Exceptions are those products that are loaded below 210 liters based on the characteristics of the product.
Other types of drums may be used based on the material’s characteristics for example, open top drums, lined, etc.
The net weight tolerance for our drums are + and – 0.3% from standard size

Appendix and Definitions
Stock Type – Lubrizol manages two stock types; stock items and non-stock item.
Stock items - Products are maintained in inventory. Replenishments based on future demand forecast which is officially confirmed by the customers.
Non-Stock items - Products are produced against customer orders. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies and customers are required to take the entire production batch.
MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity is decided by original source plant which are based on the technology, raw material and production frequency.
Order Acknowledgement - Once the order is confirmed in SAP, the CER will send the Order Acknowledgement to confirm the terms & conditions, price and delivery date.
Order Preparation Lead Time - Order Preparation Lead Time is defined from the date a “complete order" from the customer is confirmed by Lubrizol to the date the products are
available for shipment from the local warehouses or plant.
ISO - A tank container is built to the ISO Standard, making it suitable for different modes of transportation.
ISO Standard weight tolerance - ISO weight tolerance of ±0.5% is within acceptable variance where the variance is defined as the final received output compared with the
invoiced quantity. There will not be any compensation if the customer received variance is within the ±0.5% tolerance.
Rush Order – In scope of all supply modes to be delivered locally (China, Singapore and Malaysia) or to be collected from local plant/warehouse; there will be a fee of USD 1,000
for Bulk and USD 500 for Packages applying to orders placed below our lead time*.
