Hello everyone! We’re from Kelana brand. Today will explain about our brand Kelana it self as
detail as possible so you can understand and be confident to invest in our business.
But before that let us introduce ourselves, I’m Indira the marketing manager of Kelana.

Alright, I’ll start by explaning what is Kelana and What is Kelana vision and mission.
Kelana is a sustainable fashion brand that specializes in batik clothes which has been around
since 2021 and continues to innovate to this day.
Our vision and missions are
 Visi : be the driver of change to sustainable fashion wear
 Misi :
1. Develop more sustainable fashion products and services. This can be done by
using more eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and improving production
efficiency.
2. Raising awareness about the importance of sustainable fashion. This can be
done through education, advocacy, and awareness campaigns.
3. Working with other stakeholders to drive change. This includes governments,
non-governmental organizations, and other businesses.

And we’ll going to move on to discuss our business plan that will lead by Jeanny

 Marketing Plan
Goals :
1. Increase brand awareness. This goal aims to make more people familiar with
the brand and its products or services.
2. Convert leads into customers : This goal aims to turn potential customers into
paying customers.
3. Increase customer lifetime value : This goal aims to make each customer
spend more money with the brand over their lifetime.
4. Establish brand authority : This goal aims to make the brand a trusted and
respected source of information in its industry.
5. Increase customer retention : This goal aims to keep existing customers loyal
and coming back for more.

Marketing Strategy with 4P


 With the goals and the 4p marketing strategy that have been described earlier, there are
two kinds of promotion strategies carried out by the marketing team using 2 types of
media, which are online media and offline media. Online media here, especially in the
social media section, will be able to help turn potential customers into paying
customers where on social media there will be a lot of content writing that emphasizes
more on kelana product information and various kinds of values owned by kelana itself.
After the social media section itself, customers will be directed to e-commers section,
where in this section hard selling will be carried out on our storefronts containing call to
actions that invite purchases.
 Then, our offline media are including fashion show, clothing bazaar, and collaboration.
For our fashion show event we usually do a fashion show which is one part of marketing
to introduce our latest collection. And then following with bazaar event it self. For the
collaboration that mention, on the slide . we have collaborated with EcoTouch through
various collections, for example our 'daur' collection which is a fashion creation that
using EcoTouch recycled yarn and also use EcoTouch eco-friendly insulators
transformed into fashion that makes it more stunning and eye-catching.
