Dear Content director

The Useability test has been completed for the Fishing pole casting instructions.
Three participants tested the instructions and two of the three were able to
complete the process. The fact that not all three were able to complete the process
is cause for concern, which is why revisions need to be made based on their
criticism.

 More steps to improve clarity.

 Descriptions and definitions of important components
 More detailed pictures and diagrams
 Simplify terms used.

I will be changing the product before we conduct another usability test to add the
changes and see if they make the directions quality and better in the testers eyes.
