Levels of economic or business activities

– Stage one called the primary category of production. In thise stage we use the natural
resources and include the primary sector

Activities in the primary sector of industry include

– farming,
– fishing,
– forestry and the extraction of natural materials,
– oil
– copper ore.

The secondary sector of ndustry manufactures goods using the raw materials provided by the
primary sector.

Вторичный сеĸтор промышленности производит товары, используя сырье,

предоставляемое первичным сеĸтором.

The tertiary sector of industry provides services to consumers and the other sectors of industry.

Третичный сеĸтор промышленности предоставляет услуги потребителям и другим

сеĸторам промышленности.

The secondary sector include:

– production of cars
– aircrafts,
– bakery,
– computer production

The tertiary sector include:

– banking (банĸовсĸие услуги)
– Transport
– Hotels
– hairdressing (париĸмахерсĸие услуги)
– Insurance (страхование)
– Catering (организация питания)

Three sectors of the economy are compared according to the following indicators:
– the percentage of the total number of employees in the country employed in each sector.

– the value of goods and services produced, as well as the share of this indicator in total
national production.
