Chatbot Design Brief Project

Title:
Client Meeting Preparation AI Chatbot Objective:

To create a chatbot using Botpress that aligns with provided documents and
guides users through a 5-minute planning process for client meetings. The
chatbot will prompt a series of questions that result in a one-page meeting plan.
This plan will then be emailed to the user and a meeting will be scheduled in
their Google Calendar using Zapier. Target Audience: Professionals and business
users in need of an efficient planning tool for preparing client meetings.

Key Features:
1. Think, Feel, Do: The chatbot will prompt users to articulate their goals for the
meeting: "How do you want the client to think about the topic or issue?" "How do
you want the client to feel about the situation?" "What actions do you want the
client to take following the meeting?"

2. Explore: The chatbot will assist users in formulating key questions to address
during the meeting.

3. Education: The chatbot will suggest areas of education or persuasive stories

from the provided documents to share with the client.

4. Buying Influencers: The chatbot will analyze and provide insight on the client's
buying behavior: "Is the client a key decision-maker?" "What type of buyer is the
client?" "What mode is the client in - Growth, Trouble, Even Keel, Over-
confident?"

5. Commit: The chatbot will guide users in crafting a compelling closing

statement and strategizing the next steps after the meeting.

6. Integration with Zapier: The chatbot will integrate with Zapier to automatically
generate an email with the one-page meeting plan and schedule a meeting in the
user's Google Calendar.

AI Capabilities: The chatbot will leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP)

and Machine Learning for understanding and generating language based on the
provided documents, making insightful suggestions, and continuously learning
from user interactions. Technology Stack:

The development will be done using the Botpress platform, with Zapier used for
email and calendar integrations. User Interface: The user interface should be
clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, allowing for both text and voice interactions.
