I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We, the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Parish Youth Choir, are writing to you with great enthusiasm and a sense of purpose.

As an integral part of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, our choir plays a vital role in
enhancing the spiritual experience of our fellow parishioners during regular and special Mass
services. Over the years, we have strived to elevate the quality of our music ministry to create
a more profound connection with the congregation.

To further enhance the musicality of our services, we have identified the need for a new
keyboard/organ that will enable us to create a more vibrant and harmonious atmosphere
during Mass. This instrument will not only benefit our choir but will also contribute
significantly to the overall worship experience for everyone in the parish.

However, as a non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of our community members

to support our endeavors. Therefore, we are reaching out to you, Mrs. Imelda O. Plaza, for
your support in our fundraising efforts to acquire a new keyboard/organ.

Your contribution, no matter the amount, will go a long way in helping us achieve our goal
and continue our mission of uplifting the spiritual experience within our parish. We believe
