This question paper consists of 2 PAGES of questions printed on both sides of the paper, excluding this page. PART A INSTRUCTIONS Part A contains TEN questions. Answer ALL. QUESTIONS 1 Before presenting a speech, one has to profile three factors. What are these THREE factors? What is the main reason for doing this? 2. Name SIX skills employed in tum-taking. 3. When presenting the content, it is important to organise and outline your presentation. As a speaker, you can divide the content into three parts; one of them is the ‘introduction.’ What are the other TWO parts?
