Assembly
It's important to start the assembly process by fixing
the tops (799), internal sides (1924) and then
internals (455). This will create the ladder and avoid
trapping access to fixing your internals (455) at a
later time.

Stop potential deep saw cuts hitting screws, screw in horizontally.

To keep the ladder parallel when fixing

together use your parts as spacers using
two (96) and one internal (455)
Screw together your top to your
internal sides.
Don't screw in you outer sides just yet.

Spacing out your internals

Mark and fix your ladder internals at intervals of

354mm to evenly space them.

Mark and fix the outer sides to your 96mm

spacers. intervals of 272mm and 943mm

You'll now be left with 3 components to

fit together.

Final Assembly

Fix in your assembled outer sides to your

ladder as shown in the diagrams.

For screwing into your 96 spacers i just used a

single screw as having 4 might increase the risk
of the wood splitting.

And there you go, hope you've found this
plan useful. If youve got stuck at anypoint
make sure to check out the assembly video.

It's a simple bench but extremely portable

and cost effective to make. Using this
bench with my track saw im able to make
entire handmade kitchens using this setup.

Great for anyone inspired to upgrade their

Diy skills and or looking to head out on their
own and want to dip their toe into working
with panel products making wardrobes,
cabinets, Alcove units and kitchens.
