Thanks for stopping by. To assist me to continue to make educational

is compatible for my Router which is the Makita DRT50Z.

Materials List:
Black Formply:
Metric: 2 @ 1200mm x 595mm x 17mm or in Imperial,
2 @ 4’ x 2’ x ¾”
If you can’t find the Black Formply, you can also use MDF or other good quality Formply.
Be careful during the selection process and select only straight sheets.
The Breakdown:
One sheet for the two sides and the top and
One sheet for the back, bottom, fence and the dust extraction
port.
PLEASE NOTE:

To make things a little simpler, l have rounded up the numbers on the Imperial Plan to
suit, easy to read fractions. Because of this, the Imperial plans are slightly different to
the metric plans.
If they were exactly the same, the fractions would become very complicated. Because
of that, l haven’t included an Imperial Cutting List. Pleaser refer to the Imperial plans to
get those measurements.

17MM FORMPLY

• Top of Table: 1 @ 580mm Wide x 470mm Deep.


• Bottom of the Table: 1 @ 560 Wide x 400mm Deep
• Side of the Table: 2 @ 400mm Wide x 330mm High
• Back of the Table: 1 @ 560mm Wide x 347mm High
• Fence:
• Front of the Fence: 1 @ 580mm Long x 110mm Wide
• Back of the Fence: 1 @ 580mm Long x 95mm Wide
• Triangle Supports for the Fence: 2 @ 93mm High x 93 mm Long then join the two points together
to form the triangle.
Dust Extraction Port

• Side Pieces: 2 @ 60mm Wide x 70mm High


• Back Piece: 1 @ 90mm Wide x 70mm High
• Top Piece: 1 @ 90mm Wide x 77mm Deep

40mm Wood Screws x 28


To make mine stand out on the black Formply, l spray
painted the screw heads with a Gloss Yellow Paint.
EXTRA NOTES:

The Top of the table should overhang the front of the side
pieces by approximately 10mm and overhang both sides of
the board at the very back by approximately 10mm.

This is purely for aesthetics.
