1 Overview

1.1 Incident Document Purpose

This document was created to give an insight on the issue requesting resolution.

1.2 Problem Statement

An inconsistency in vacation accrual balances has been observed after an Employee Global
Transferred.
The expected vacation Balance 113 instead it accrued 111 hrs. So manually adjusted 2 Hrs
to match annual accrual balance.
Analyse the root cause and eradicate the issue.
