MANIFESTATION JOURNEY!
I NTRODUCTI ON
Over the next 21 days, I'll guide you through a methodical daily
practice that's designed to shift ideas from your conscious mind
into your subconscious—the true power centre of your life
through a combination of visualization, autosuggestion, and
written exercises, you'll consistently align your subconscious
mind with your conscious intentions, priming it to work tirelessly
towards achieving your goals.
Over the years, I have heard countless stories from clients who
have successfully used this practice to manifest their desires. I
eagerly look forward to adding your story to that growing

RULE ONE
01 Keep your manifestation goal a secret until it is fully realized. This
safeguards your journey from potentially negative influences and
helps you avoid ego-driven tendencies.
RULE TWO
02 Find an accountability partner for this challenge. You will check in
with them daily to ensure you're following through with the exercises
and remain focused on your goal.
RULE THREE
03 Only allow yourself to entertain the idea that your goal is happening.
Any contrary thoughts should be consciously replaced with the
unwavering belief that your goal is manifesting.
SAINT AUGUSTINE
Carve yourself 30 minutes in your schedule and find a quiet space for brainstorming. Write
down 10 things you'd love to manifest within the next 21 days. Let your imagination soar!
From your brainstorm session pick one desire that you want most to manifest. This will be
the focus for your challenge. Write it out below and reflect on why you want this most.
Inscribe your desire on a small card and keep it with you at all times. This goal card will be
a constant physical reminder of your desire. Use the template below to write out your 21-
day goal.
MY GOAL DATE
Record a voice loop of your desire. Speak in the present tense, as if it's already happening.
You will play this voice loop daily.
Search for the Voice Loop on the App Store to download and
record your recorded goal. This is the icon to look for. This app
automatically replays your affirmation on repeat until you decide
to stop. This makes auditory autosuggestion very simple and
easy.

Visualize your desire in great detail every day for 21 days. Imagine yourself as if you've
already realized your desire. At the back of this workbook is my tried and tested
visualization process to follow. Remember to check-in with your accountability partner
after you visualize.
After you complete your visualization identify and experience the emotions that your desire
brings. How does it feel to have your desire realized right now? Fill in your reflections in the
daily tracker coming up!
Write out your goal 5-10 times every day for 21 days. Use the self suggestion journal at the
back of this workbook.
Listen to your goal on Voice Loop throughout the day. The purpose of this practice is to
keep reminding yourself about what you want. This will keep you in the frequency of your
desire and set up an attraction force around you.

Set aside a few minutes each day for visualization. Close your eyes and mentally picture
your desire, immersing yourself in the associated emotions. Follow this tried and true
process for a powerful visualization.
Find a quiet, relaxed, comfortable spot in your home or office. Dim the lights,
01 lock the door to avoid disruption.
Read a book or essay that stimulates your mind. I recommend The Power of
02 Awareness by Neville Goddard or Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
Put on music to open up and relax your mind and body. Artists I recommend
03 are Odesza, Ludovico Einaudi or 741Hz meditation tracks.
Once you've entered a relaxed state, bring your 21 day goal into your mind.
04 Love this day. Enter into the state that this day is happening in real time!
Make a conscious decision that the day and life you see in your mind will be
05 yours. Make a committed decision!
Keep your mind focused on the ideas, lifestyle and activities that you'll be
06 doing and experiencing when your goal is real.
07 Hold these images and ideas on the screen of your mind for 10-15 minutes.
Repeat this process 1-3 times per day and observe what begins to happen!
08 Journal and reflect on your visualization practices. Become aware of any
changes.
