Diatonic Triads in Major (part two)

For diminished triads, you are also asked to name all three notes in the triad. Also, diminished
triads are usually found in 1st inversion, so circle the note that will be in the bass (of 1st inv.)

2. the E minor triad functions as vi in G major or as ii in D major.

3. the D° triad ( D , F , & A b , with F in the bass) functions as vii°6 in E b major .

4. the D major triad functions as IV in A major or as V in G major.

5. the G minor triad functions as vi in B b major or as ii in F major.

6. the D # ° triad ( D # , F # , & A , with F # in the bass) functions as vii°6 in E major .

7. the E b major triad functions as V in A b major or as IV in B b major.

8. the D minor triad functions as iii in B b major or as vi in F major.

9. the F # ° triad ( F # , A , & C , with A in the bass) functions as vii°6 in G major .
