Standing at the computer, and I must admit, it's quite comfortable for me.

I
may not always follow the right principles, but it's easier and more comfortable for
me this way. Could I be doing it more correctly? Maybe.
Proper positioning of the legs, back and arms plays a key role in this.
Feet should be placed shoulder width apart to ensure stability and even weight
distribution. The knees should be slightly bent and the feet should be placed steadily
on the floor.

The back should be straight and supported by a lightweight chair with lumbar
support. In my situation, I only have a sofa, but it's not bad either, but if you sit like
that for too long, you get backaches. It is important to avoid slouching and maintain
the natural curvature of the spine.

The hands should be kept at keyboard and mouse level so that the forearms
are parallel to the desk surface. The hands should rest lightly on the keyboard or
mouse without straining.

In addition, regular breaks and stretching exercises will help avoid strain and
fatigue. By maintaining proper body posture, you can ensure a more comfortable
and healthy time at the computer.
