Document Development Exposition: White Paper

Explain in detail your document’s development from planning to finish, describing your
challenges, how you overcame them, and what you learned.

Planning
I didn’t do as much planning for this assignment as I should’ve I sort of winged it, which definitely
helped me back some. I do think I did a decent job on it in the beginning, but I definitely didn’t plan
enough for this paper as I should’ve.

First Draft (for peer editing)

Since I wasn’t able to get my paper peer reviewed, I think that dude sent me back since I know I’m
not the best writer and so I had one of my friends and my peer editing and edit from my packet since
I couldn’t get a peer reviewed and so I think that was one of my main Issues. But also I think that one
of my main strengths that I learned, and I overcame is that I need to be better with my time
management.

Second Draft (for your packet)

I had my friend peer review the second draft for my packet since I couldn’t get somebody to do it for
my first draft and so I felt confident going into it but once I read your comments and revisions, I knew
that I didn’t do as well as I thought I did, and I can tell it definitely set me back.

Final Draft (for your portfolio)

For my final draft after reading all of your comments, I knew that I had a lot to change, and I do think
that this is how my paper should’ve been in the first place. I do think that I should’ve read the
PowerPoint and more instructional things which I do believe help me back since I was trying to go on
more of my own knowledge and not all that you provided for us. I did learn that when the resources
are there use them.
