heart, mind, and the hand

Because of this lesson,

 I will be more intentional about my teaching ministry.
 Focus more on the result of education i.e. Transformation than lecturing
 Try hard to discern between those who are in conformity mode to help them move
into the process of transformation

 Teaching is not what the teacher does
but what the students do.
 The teacher has not thought until the
students have learned.
 Teaching is about causing students to
learn.
6 elements that define an effective teacher
 Teachers are responsible for causing
the students to learn
 Teachers will stand accountable to
God for their influence
 Teachers are responsible because they
control the subject, the style, the
setting, and the speaker.
 Teachers should judge their success
by the success of their students

character than their communication

 The role of the Holy Spirit in the
learning process
 The responsibility of teachers is far
greater than the responsibility of
others in the development and
growth of their students.

teacher has not thought until students

As it is the primary job of a teacher is to cause learning I’ll focus on

 choosing among different what is suitable for our situation
 systematically connect the learner's needs to the substances of the subject
 I commit to cause my students to learn.
