    ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

    Seller（A）
    ：ZMS TRADING CO.,LTD.

    Buyer（B）
    ：AL MAYTHAM USED CARS & SPARE PARTS TR.LLC.

    Objective Products：USED CARS AND CAR PARTS

    Contract Term：One (1) year from the contract date. After the completion of a contract, the
    period shall be extended under the same condition. In case of no business for
    one year, the contract shall be expired.

    Price of Objective Products：Decided by the type and the conditions of each cars and car parts.

    Method of payment：B shall pay by transferring money to A’s requested bank account.

    Date of payment： Price shall be settled within two weeks after the completion of
    shipping.

    Currency of payment：Price shall be settled by Japanese YEN.

    Warranty：Besides the damage belongs to the shipping company, A shall cover the payment.
    A shall reduce a specific sum of money from the price of objective products depends
    on the damages.
