Can you share an example of project or initiative that you led from

conception to execution

During my graduation, I worked on a project in a team of 5 members

in which our task was to create our own startup by identifying the
appropriate market, performing market research , analyzing different
market opportunities and conducting cost-benefit analysis. As a team
member I presented the idea of initiating a unique tiffin service
‘SWAD’ in Delhi NCR for the outstation people who missed the “Swad
of Ghar ka Khana”. However, my team members were not fully
convinced since there are already some startups that provide tiffin
service so we modified our plan and added a concept of women
empowerment to our startup i.e. Our staff will include women who
prepare food at their homes and our outsourced delivery partner will
pick up the food and deliver it to our customer.
As a team, we divided our roles and I was responsible for performing
market research. Therefore, I made a google form and circulated to
people of different age-groups to get an approximate data of
outstation people residing in Delhi. Also, I contacted my batchmates
who lived in flats or pg’s to get their point of view. After having
relavant information of our market, I also managed to contact current
tiffin service providers in Delhi and estimated all the costs that are
associated with this service, thus we were able to effectively
determine all the costs.
We were able to complete this project in a month with a good
teamwork, multiple zoom meetings and dedication to work. We
presented our startup in front of our teacher and classmates and our
teacher praised us for the idea and how we presented it. She gave
me an A grade for my presentation skills and I can say that project
has helped me to understand the importance of market research and
how to analyse the market on various parameters.
How would you handle a situation where you disagree with a decision
made by a superior, but are tasked with implementing it within your
team?
In such a situation, I believe that open communication is very crucial
for effective decisions and a good working environment. I would
schedule a meeting with my superior after gathering all the data that
supports my perspective. I would try to give him a brief presentation
on my idea of reasoning and the outcome associated with it. I feel
that it’s very important to stay true to company’s values also,
therefore, I would prefer to disucuss my concern directly with my
superior rather than creating hassle in my team. After my concerns
are addressed, I would understand his perspective and come up with
a solution that would reflect company’s values and goals. If he likes
my perspective then we will discuss it with the team and take their
opinions also and implement the plan as soon as possible. And, If the
plan needs no modification then I would initiate my role in the team
as soon as possible and try to match the level of work done by other
team members.

Here we are considering each day of the week equally. The millenial
population accounts for 34% of total population. Delhi's population is
around 3 crores. Rounding up as 30% of delhi population is millenial.
In the age-group of 27-42 years, Only 5% eat momos because
remaining population doesn't prefer eating momos.
And let us assume that each plate of momos consists of 6 momos
Calculating number of momos:3 crores*0.3*0.5*6=27 lakh momos

Now, Out of this 30% millenial population, Let us assume that 40%
would be having instagram accounts therefore the number of
instagram posts that would be generated will be:3 crores*0.3*0.4=36
lakh instagram posts

Consider a case: You are sitting across from your role model (someone you
always wanted to meet) who is eating their favourite burger and doesn't want to
be disturbed. How would you get their attention and start a conversation? P.S-
Be as creative as you want to be.
