REF: REQUEST FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS SUPPLY.

We take this opportunity to introduce to you BML GOSHEN SERVICE STATION LIMITED for your
consideration in adding our company to your list of providers.

We are a registered company with the aim of engaging in retail business of petroleum products:
- petrol, diesel, lubricants (oil) for servicing vehicles and L.P.G mainly K-gas brand. We are
currently authorized by RUBIS ENERGY KENYA PLC to operate Rubis (Kobil) Busia petrol station
as a dealer under the Dealer License Agreement.

Our objective is 100% committed to raising the bar of customer service to new, higher level,
offering our customers an exceptional standard of service and constantly seek opportunities to
grow the business..

Location.

We are located in Busia along the Busia- Kisumu road next to Busia weigh-bridge.
Pricing rates.

Our fuel price rates are compliant with government regulations which are announced by the
government regulator, EPRA- Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority on every 14 th day of
the month.

Fuel prices as at 15th May 2022 are;

 Super (PMS): KES. 151.40 per liter

 Diesel (AGO): KES. 132.50 per liter

At station level we allow a discount of up to KES. 1 per liter on fuel purchased.

For L.P.G K- gas brand, prices are as follows inclusive of 16% VAT;

For lubricants find our attached price rates for western region. Prices inclusive of 16% VAT

NB: Prices are subject to change either goes up or down depending on government
policy on taxation.

Mode of payment.

We have various modes of payment like;

 Direct bank deposits

 Cheque
 Pre-paid Rubis card;
 M-pesa
 Cash
