Coffee is the second largest commodity market next to oil, and growth is expected to continue at a
strong pace for the foreseeable future.

Target Market and size

The target market of coffee shops is anyone who drinks coffee, but each subcategory can be broken
down and marketed to separately — whether that’s with products, innovative technology, locations, or
the usual marketing campaigns.

While consumption among younger consumers (ages 18-24) is less than their older counterparts,
unchanged is their preference in coffee with this group choosing specialty coffees over a traditional brew
by their older aged cohorts.

Competitive analysis

We have identified key competitors in the same industry. We have also conducted an Analysis where
shows the Strength and Weaknesses of our Competitors and identify the potential opportunities and
external threats they may face. However, some of our Competitors only focuses on giving mere comfort
to their customers by serving small variety of choices unlike how wide we can offer.

coffee consumption is encouraging café establishments to offer brewed coffee and specialty espresso
drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos.

and wants.

Our Customer Profiles has their differences but they share the common needs. No matter what age do
they belong, they only seek for a valuable, comforting time they could spend with someone or even
themselves. They can be identified as Busy Professionals that are looking for some activities to take away
their stress and for some, to take a quick escape.

Budget-Conscious Consumers will be one of our Customers because unlike others, we provide not just
food, drinks, and a beautiful ambiance but also activities such making handmade accessories to give
souvenirs for letting our business be part of the small happiness in their lives.
