Problem 1. Use appropiate statistical analysis tools to describle:

c) The relationship between two variables Agent and Mortgage type.

Problem 2. Regarding the variable Price (X), let

A. Rearrange the values of the variable in ascending order, and then list the 5 smallest values;

b) Show the quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3) and the quintiles (P20%, P40%, P60%, P80%) of that variable;

c) Calculate the parameter values describing the central tendency ((Min+Max)/2, Mean, Median,
Mode) of the variable;
d) Calculate the sum of squares of deviation from the mean and all the
parameters describing the variation of the variable.
