What criteria do I meet?

• You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s
programme at one of the participating Dutch Higher
Education Institutions (DHEI).

• You meet the specific requirements of the institution

of your choice.

• You hold a citizenship from a country outside the

European Economic Area (EEA).

• You have not obtained a degree at an education

facility in the Netherlands before.

The NL Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in
collaboration with Dutch research universities and Universities of Applied Sciences. This
scholarship is aimed at international students who are planning to do their bachelor’s or
master’s in the Netherlands.
