The cat is sleeping on the mat.


A rat suddenly runs and hides under the mat.
The cat is awaken and saw the rat.
The cat runs after the rat,
The rat is frightened and quickly runs into a
hole.
“I will not eat you, I want to play with you”, said the
cat.
The rat gets out from
the hole; The cat and the
rat play all day long.

Health is Wealth

It was early Novemebr 2020 when we heard about Covid 19 from Yuan, China.
Some regrets to pay much attention because they thought that since its symptoms
are common, like colds, fever, flu and the like, then it will be cured soon. Suddenly,
the virus became a Pandemic because almost all countries worldwide were affected
by the said infection. The economic status of almost all the countries worldwide
declined. The government was alarmed and sufferred shortage of budget.
Quarrantine procedures, health standards and protocols were strictly observed.
Frontliners such as doctors, nurses, medical technologists, Policemen , Philippine
Army, and other medical teams were too exhausted because Covid 19 case was
uncontrolled. These frontliners together with the Department of Health kept on
reminding everyone to stay at home and be safe. We can only defeat Covid 19 if we
will obey and make sure that all of us are healthy. Everyone must take its
reponsibility in making themselves and their family vigorous all the time. The only weapon
we can have at this moment to conquer Covid 19 is our cooperation and making our
immune system strong because indeed, health is wealth.
