TRAVELOGUE

BY: LIAN DAVE BALMORES

I always head up to Baguio whenever I want to cool off. A small city Mountains of the Philippines,
Baguio is one of the country’s most favoured summer getaways...

With its pine trees and foggy air, it is quite a postcard image that lures both local tourists and foreign
backpackers.

Baguio have gained respect and good place for the community and it my first time in going to baguio.

Almost all of the people who played a in the playground and i will meet new friends in here and my
new friends is invite me to play basketball.

On the second day,me and my cousin's are travel on other Barangay in baguio to explore and see new
things , I took time just to walk around Baguio to get a picture with my cousin's and it's my
remembrance for my cousin's because I don't know if I'm back in baguio for many years.

Baguio is the one of the places that i like because baguio is cool like their background, many people
are friendly and baguio is one of the coldest temperature in Philippines.

We were only in Baguio for a week because we had school for a few weeks and the next day we were
going home and we said goodbye to our friends and cousins as well as uncle.

One has to realize something particular about Baguio.. All that’s left are the traces and fleeting
reminders of what has been. I put on my coat and head to the bus, cooled off, but feeling that I am
missing something.

DESCRIPTIVE ESSAY ABOUT MY MOTHER

BY: LIAN DAVE BALMORES

My mother is an ordinary woman, she is my super hero. in every step of my life, she supported and
encouraged me. whether day or night she was always there for me.

Additionally, she taught me how to walk, speak and take care of my self.

When I was afraid of the dark she would become my light and guide me in that darkness

Also, if I can't sleep at night she would hold my head on her lap until i fell sleep. she never leave my
side even in the hardest of times.

Every mother is special for her children she is a great teacher and lovely friend.

Also, she takes cares of the need of the whole family. if there is anyone out there who loves us more
mother but for every mother out there who lives her life for her family deserves praiseworthy
applause.

DESCRIPTIVE ESSAY

Last week, I went to the store. The blazing shining in the middle of the day. The sky is virtually
cloudless. I used my black umbrella to protect my self from the sun heat. As I was walking I saw a
white cat with green eyes running really fast in the middle of the road chased by a brown dog, the dog
was barking very loud. The sound of the motorcycle reached my ear, it was noisy and loud. When I
was near the store, My sight was caught by a little boy wearing a red shirt, red cap, red short and red
shoes, he has a black short hair and white pale skin. He approached the store seller and bought an ice
cold soft drink and a blue wrapped chocolate biscuit, combi. He gave an orange money to the seller
then left the store running.
NATURE ESSAY
BY: LIAN DAVE BALMORES

Nature is an important and integral part of mankind. It is one of the greatest blessings for human life;
however, nowadays humans fail to recognize it as one. Nature has been an inspiration for numerous
poets, writers, artists and more of yesteryears. This remarkable creation inspired them to write
poems and stories in the glory of it. They truly valued nature which reflects in their works even today.
Essentially, nature is everything we are surrounded by like the water we drink, the air we breathe, the
sun we soak in, the birds we hear chirping, the moon we gaze at and more. Above all, it is rich and
vibrant and consists of both living and non-living things. Therefore, people of the modern age should
also learn something from people of yesteryear and start valuing nature before it gets too late.
