    Laura: Good morning, we start with the midnight notices, as first report we have Carlos as a

    witness.

    Witness: Well, it turns out that a policeman is hitting a black young for no reason.

    Eduardo: That's he said that a policeman was hitting a black young for no reason.

    This is the escene

    Dylan: I'm really sorry but you can't be out there and you get pulled over by undercover patrol.
