Recipe 1 - Sugar Free
Chocolate Gooey Cake
Preparation:
Prepare crust and bake for 15 minutes. Mix
the cream cheese layer ingredients and pour
over the crust. Melt chocolate and add the
other ingredients for the pudding layer. Pour
on top of cream cheese layer. Mix the
ingredients for the whipped cream layer. Pour
on top of chocolate layer. Shave some dark
chocolate and sprinkle over top layer.
Recipe 2 - Baked Banana
Chips
Preparation:
Combine bananas with lemon juice. Bake on
sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake
for 2 to 3 hours on 200F. Let cool and store.
Serve with other fruit and whip cream to
make a dessert.
Recipe 3 - Sugar Free
Coconut Pie
Preparation:
Combine milk, cornstarch, salt and artificial
sweetener in pan. Boil for 1 minute on
medium heat. Remove and add the vanilla.
Pour in prepared pie shell. Let cool and store
in refrigerator until time to serve. You can
toast some coconut and sprinkle on top of pie.
Recipe 4 - Sugar Free
Lemon Mousse
Preparation:
Prepare pudding according to directions on
box. Use whipping cream instead of milk.
Beat to thicken. Pour into pudding bowls or
glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top
with whipped topping.

Peanut Butter Bars
Preparation:
Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter,
maple syrup and oil. Cook in microwave until
the chocolate chips are melted, then stir
together. Pour over rice Chex cereal and
combine. Pour into a dish that is lined with
foil or parchment paper. Let cool and set up.
Once cooled, slice and serve.

Chocolate Banana Bread
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Oil a loaf pan and
pour the chocolate mixture in. Bake for 45
minutes in a 350F preheated oven. Serve with
whip cream or ice cream.

Strawberry Tart
Preparation:
You can either make your graham cracker
crust in a springform pan or use a store bough
sugar free graham cracker crust. Mix the
coconut cream, sweetener and vanilla extract
until thick. Pour over crust. Layer
strawberries on top. Refrigerate until time to
serve.

Banana Pudding
Preparation:
Prepare pudding according to box. Layer the
ingredients beginning with the vanilla wafers.
Vanilla wafers first, bananas and pudding.
Keep layering until pudding is gone. Add
whip cream to the top and serve. Keep in
refrigerator until time to serve.

Recipe 9 - Sugar Free
Green Bean Casserole
Preparation:
Combine sour cream, cheese, almond milk,
oat fiber, salt, pepper and onion powder. Add
the green beans. Mix the butter and rye
crackers to make a crumble. Sprinkle over the
beans. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Recipe 10 - Cucumber
Salad
Preparation:
Slice cucumbers and onions thinly. Place into
a bowl. Mix vinegar, water and ranch
dressing together. Pour over cucumbers. Chill
in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Recipe 11 - Sugar Free
Broccoli Salad
Preparation:
Combine the broccoli, raisins, onions and
almonds. Mix together the tofu, garlic
powder, vinegar, sweetener and salt. Mix
well and pour over broccoli mix and stir.
Serve at once or store in refrigerator.

Cauliflower Pretend
Potato Salad
Preparation:
Cook cauliflower and drain. Add the
remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator
until time to serve. Sprinkle with paprika
before serving.

Baked Beans
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350F for 30
minutes or until beans are bubbling. Serve
warm or cold. Delicious either way.

Preparation:
Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain
and add all other ingredients. Combine until
the cheese is melted good. Serve warm or
cold. Store in airtight container in
refrigerator.

Roasted Radishes
Preparation:
Clean radishes and slice them in half.
Combine the butter and ranch dressing. Pour
into large storage bad and add the radishes.
Shake to coat well. Spread the radishes on
cookie sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining
ingredients and bake for 10 minutes at 400F.

Ham Rollups
Preparation:
Dry the ham slices. Spread the cream cheese
on the ham. Add turkey. Place on the tortilla
and roll gently. Hold closed with a toothpick
while slicing into pinwheels. Serve with a
side dip or alone. These turkey roll-ups make
a great appetizer.

Zucchini Chips
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini and slice thin. Place in
bowl and pour olive oil over the zucchini.
Layer on sheet pan lined with parchment
paper. Sprinkle salt over the chips. Bake at
350F for 30 minutes or until crisp. Serve with
a nice homemade ranch dip.

Sweet Potato Chips
Preparation:
Clean and slice the sweet potatoes very thin.
Toss the sweet potatoes in olive oil. Layer on
sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake
at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown
and crisp around the edges. Store or serve.

BBQ Sauce
Preparation:
Sauté the onions in the olive oil. Combine
separately all ingredients except the bouillon
cubes. Dissolve the bouillon cube to water
and add to the onions. Bring to a boil. Add
the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30
minutes. Store in refrigerator when cooled.

Sauce
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and chill in
refrigerator until time to serve. Serve with
your choice of side.

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in jar with
top. Shake to combine all the ingredients.
Serve over a nice salad and enjoy.

Catalina Dressing
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and stir.
Heat until boiling. Remove from heat and
cool. Store in container. Use as needed for
your salads or dip.

Bacon Ranch Chicken
Casserole

Preparation:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, spices,
and mayo. Stir thoroughly until mixed. Add
the cubed chicken, broccoli, ¾ cup cheese,
mayo and bacon crumbles. Mix well and pour
into greased casserole dish. Spread remaining
cheese and bacon crumbles over the casserole
and bake for 30 minutes in 350F oven.
Recipe 24 - Sugar Free
Spaghetti
Preparation:
Brown the ground beef with the onion and
drain. Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl.
Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and
water. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over the
cooked spaghetti and serve with a salad and
garlic bread.
Recipe 25 - Sugar Free
Beef And Broccoli
Preparation:
Heat oil in skillet. Meanwhile, mix the
cornstarch and 2 Tbs. water with garlic
powder. Add the beef strips and coat well.
Cook beef in the heated oil until done. Add
the broccoli and onion and cook for 5 more
minutes. Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar,
ginger and water. Pour over beef and
broccoli. Cook a few minutes more. Serve
over rice.
Recipe 26 - Sugar Free
Salmon Quinoa Salad
Preparation:
Combine salmon with basil, parsley, salt and
pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté the
salmon. On 4 plates, add greens, quinoa and
salmon. Mix the vinegar, garlic, pepper and
salt and ¼ teaspoons olive oil. Shake well and
pour over salad. Enjoy.
Recipe 27 - Sugar Free
Cheesy Bacon
Preparation:
Line the bacon on sheet pan lined with
parchment paper. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes
in 350F oven. Remove and sprinkle with
cheddar cheese. Put back in over and cook
until cheese is melted.
Serve with a sauce of your choice.

Chicken Fingers
Preparation:
Heat coconut oil in skillet. Whisk eggs in a
small bowl. Combine the flour, garlic salt,
salt, Italian Seasoning, pepper and paprika.
Dip chicken in eggs, then in flour mixture.
Place in heated oil and cook until golden
brown. Drain and serve with a nice dip.
Recipe 29 - Sugar Free
Teriyaki Chicken
Preparation:
Combine soy sauce, water, sweetener, ginger
and garlic powder in pan and simmer for 10
to 15 minutes. Cut slits in top of chicken. Use
pastry brush and brush sauce on both sides of
chicken breasts. Wrap in foil and bake on
sheet pan for 30 minutes in 350F oven. Serve
with a nice sugar free vegetable.
Recipe 30 - Sugar Free
BBQ Chicken
Preparation:
Combine the onion powder, cumin, salt and
pepper. Rub the chicken breasts on both
sides. Mix together water, vinegar, ketchup,
cocoa powder and artificial sweetener. Pour
into crock pot. Add chicken breasts. Cook for
4 hours on high. When finished, remove
chicken breasts and shred. Enjoy your BBQ!
