CONTRACT FOR PART-TIME CASUAL EMPLOYMENT

This Contract for Part-Time Casual Employment ("Agreement") is entered into on this
10th day of December, 2023, by and between:

OH CARAGA MUSIC CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing in


accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with its principal office at
#16A Violado Street, BC Homes, Lahug, Cebu City, represented in this act by its
President, Mr. Kenneth G. Corvera hereinafter referred to as the "EMPLOYER";

-AND-

_________________________________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident


of__________________________________________, herein referred to as the
"CASUAL EMPLOYEE".

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is in need of a part-time casual employee who will


perform duties not usually necessary and desirable in the usual business or trade of the
EMPLOYER;
WHEREAS, the CASUAL EMPLOYEE seeks employment, applied for, and
expressed willingness to join the EMPLOYER as its part-time or casual worker;
WHEREAS, the agreement shall be for a period of 6 (six) months or until after
the unrelated job for which the CASUAL EMPLOYEE was hired has ceased;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein,
the parties agree as follows:

1. COMMENCEMENT OF PART-TIME CASUAL EMPLOYMENT


1.1 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall have duties and responsibilities set forth
hereunder, primarily including cleaning the company office, OC House, making
the needed repairs thereof, and other utility works as assigned by the
EMPLOYER.
1.2 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall report for work on Monday to Friday from
7:00 pm to 10:00 pm and on Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Any entry later
than the specified time shall be reckoned as tardy, and any end-of-shift earlier
than the specified time shall be considered undertime, both of which shall be
subject to corresponding salary deduction and disciplinary action.
1.3 The hiring of the CASUAL EMPLOYEE, which is the commencement of this
agreement, shall be on December 10, 2023.
1.4 The temporary part-time employment of CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall expire on
June 10, 2024.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CASUAL EMPLOYEE


2.1 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE's primary duties and responsibilities shall include,
but not be limited to:
a. Cleaning Duties:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting and cleaning surfaces
- Emptying and cleaning trash bins
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Ensuring cleanliness in common areas
b. Maintenance and Repair:
- Identifying and fixing minor repairs in the company office (OC House)
- Reporting major repairs to the employer
- Coordinating with external service providers for repairs as needed
c. Other Utility Works:
- Assisting in organizing and arranging office materials
- Running errands as directed by the employer
- Assisting in setting up for company events or meetings

2.2 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall perform these duties diligently and to the
best of his ability.
3. WORK HOURS AND ATTENDANCE
3.1 Standard Work Hours:
3.1.1 The standard work hours for the CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall be from
7:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Monday to Friday and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
on Sunday, as specified in Section 1.2.
3.1.2 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall adhere to the designated work
hours unless otherwise authorized by the EMPLOYER in writing.
3.2 Tardiness and Undertime:
3.2.1 Tardiness is defined as any entry later than the specified work hours.
The CASUAL EMPLOYEE is expected to be present and ready to start
work promptly.
3.2.2 Undertime refers to any end-of-shift earlier than the specified work
hours. Both tardiness and undertime shall be subject to disciplinary action
as outlined in Section 1.2.
3.2.3 Disciplinary actions may include verbal warnings, written warnings,
suspension, or termination, depending on the frequency and severity of
tardiness or undertime.
3.4 Attendance Records:
3.4.1 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall maintain accurate records of daily
attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times.
3.4.2 Any discrepancies or concerns related to attendance records should
be reported to the EMPLOYER promptly.
3.5 Flexible Work Arrangements:
3.5.1 The EMPLOYER may, at its discretion, implement flexible work
arrangements, such as staggered working hours or remote work, with prior
notice to the CASUAL EMPLOYEE.
3.5.2 Both parties shall discuss and agree upon any proposed flexible
work arrangements to ensure the continued smooth operation of assigned
duties.

4. REMUNERATION
4.1 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall receive a monthly remuneration of PHP
6,600. This amount will be disbursed every Saturday of the week.
4.2 The method of payment shall be through the online payroll system or in cash
at the discretion of the employer.
4.3 In the event that the employer chooses the online payroll system, the
CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall provide the necessary information to facilitate
electronic fund transfers.

5. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
5.1 Termination with Notice:
5.1.1 The Employment Relationship may be terminated by either party with a
written notice.
5.1.2 The written notice should be provided in a formal document, such as an
email or letter, clearly stating the intention to terminate the employment
relationship.
5.1.3 The notice period shall be seven (7) days, and the termination shall take
effect seven (7) days from the submission thereof.
5.1.4 During the notice period, the CASUAL EMPLOYEE is expected to fulfill
their duties and responsibilities as usual, contributing to a smooth transition.
5.1.5 The EMPLOYER may, at its discretion, choose to pay the CASUAL
EMPLOYEE their regular remuneration for the notice period in lieu of having
them work during this period.
5.1.6 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE is required to return any company property,
access cards, or other items entrusted to them by the EMPLOYER during the
notice period.
5.1.7 Any outstanding benefits, such as accrued leaves, shall be addressed
during the notice period and finalized upon the effective date of termination.
5.1.8 If the CASUAL EMPLOYEE wishes to terminate the employment
relationship, they are required to provide a written notice with a notice period of
seven (7) days to the EMPLOYER.
5.1.9 The EMPLOYER shall discuss the transition plan with the CASUAL
EMPLOYEE during the notice period to ensure a smooth handover of
responsibilities.
5.2 Termination for Cause:
5.2.1 Either party may terminate this agreement for cause, as outlined in Section
5.2.
5.2.2 The notice period specified in Section 5.1 may be waived in cases of
termination for cause, and termination may be effective immediately upon
providing written notice.
5.2.3 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall have the right to respond to the allegations
leading to termination for cause during a meeting scheduled by the EMPLOYER.
5.2.4 If the CASUAL EMPLOYEE is found to be in violation of company policies
or has persistently failed to perform assigned duties, disciplinary actions may be
taken, including suspension or termination.
5.2.5 Termination for cause does not exempt the CASUAL EMPLOYEE from their
obligation to maintain confidentiality, as outlined in Section 6.
5.3 Final Settlement:
5.3.1 Upon termination of employment, the CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall return all
company property, including access cards, equipment, and any other materials
entrusted to them during the course of employment.
5.3.2 The EMPLOYER shall provide the CASUAL EMPLOYEE with a final
settlement, including any remaining remuneration, benefits, or accrued leaves, as
mandated by Philippine labor laws.
5.3.3 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall return any borrowed or company-owned
property promptly to facilitate the final settlement process.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 The CASUAL EMPLOYEE shall maintain the confidentiality of all information,
documents, and data obtained during the course of employment.
6.2 Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal
action.

7. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
7.1 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
7.2 Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both
parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract for Part-Time
Casual Employment as of the date first above-written.
