The photo competition

One day, I want to be a photographer. Last month, I got a camera for my birthday.
I was very happy!
Last Saturday, I went to the countryside with my mother, father and my baby sister.
I took my camera with me because I wanted to take some interesting photos of plants
and animals.
I was walking through a large field when I saw something very interesting. In the middle
of the field was a beautiful bird. It was quite far away from me, so I walked over to it very
slowly until I was close enough to get a good photo. I lay down on my stomach quietly,
so that it didn’t get frightened. Then I took some wonderful photos. The bird looked at me,
but it didn’t fly away.
Then suddenly I heard a loud noise behind me. My baby sister was coming to find me
and she was shouting loudly. The bird flew away up into the trees. I didn’t mind because
I already had the photos I wanted.
When I got home, I looked at the photos and I was very happy with them. I decided to send
them into a magazine competition and I won! My prize is a lesson in how to take photos
with a photographer from the magazine! I can’t wait!
